What can i do?

For warranty service you can also lodge a warranty claim directly with Smartvision.

What information is required?

Please email the following information via our online booking form;

  • Defect or symptom with the product, please attach photo if relevant.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Purchase Price.
  • Model Number.
  • Serial Number.
  • Your contact details.

One of our team will contact you with how to proceed and lodge a warranty request with the appropriate manufacturer.

How to find your LG TV’s model, product code & serial number:

When requesting service for LG products we may require the full “Product Code” as this contains additional information regarding your item over just the model number.

If your TV is not wall mounted please take note of the model code sticker on the rear of your item or take a photo of the highlighted information and send to info@smartvision.net.au
